Armor
I will now explain the armour which is found on quake live:
This gives you 5 armor points for a max of 200 armor and decreases 1 point per second until you are back to 100. Respawns every 25 seconds.

Like the Mega Health, this gives you 100 armor for a max of 200 armor and decreases 1 point per second until you are back to 100. Respawns every 25 seconds
